Unusual Jobs You May Have Never Heard Of
Hello there! Any plans for this weekend? We’re going to be busy preparing for guests who will be with us all week.
I had someone comment on the post Winter Fun in the Great White North that they would like to see more of the area where the people live. So I thought I’d create this post linking to the posts I wrote a few years ago that I think you’ll find interesting.
Seth has been working in Canada now for several summers & winters. In the summer, he does minnowing.
During the winter time he has been doing commercial ice fishing.
One year we went to see him. What a great time we had! It was actually a delightful time spent in a place that one would think to avoid at all costs. Here’s the link to two posts I wrote on that trip.
Trip to the Great White North Part I
Our Trip to the Great White North Part II
As I’m writing this, I’m sitting next to an open window and a gentle, cool breeze wafting in with a temperature of 69°F.
And up in Canada? My son is out on the frozen lake drilling holes in 3′ thick ice.
Which would you prefer? 🙂
