Trips We've Made

The Unique Bryce Canyon

Bryce has been on my bucket list for a long time and that is where we decided to take the family on our mini-vacation. It was such an amazing place and I highly recommend people to visit there. I would actually love to go back and explore it more.

A navigator is always welcome and sometimes even two!
Interesting root system
Grandpa with his only grandson… so far.
Look at the holes in the top of the rock. How did that happen?
Enjoying my last little bit of time with Serenity before she gets married.
These little munchkins are hilarious – always saying the funniest things.

Where do you stop with the pictures? It was such a unique and beautiful place!

Hope having her own little playtime
Then it was time to clean up and put our bags back in the car…
Snap a family picture…
And have our morning devotions outside before we headed back to Arizona.

It was a place of such unique beauty, just like so many other places in the West. We all loved it. They were still in their off-peak season and the road was only open to go to the view points so far, but it was nice not to have to battle summer crowds. There were still a lot of people on the first hiking trail we went down. I imagine in the summer, there would be so much more and that would be something our family wouldn’t be too crazy about, so it was perfect for us.

You’ve become quite the photographer! Beautiful pictures!
I had to look twice to recognize Audrey with her hair down. She’s growing up too fast!
Elisabeth…you only get more beautiful with age…and this is not just flattery.
