A Milestone Completed
Zoe has graduated high school. Congratulations, Zoe!
Wesley, Serenity and I flew back to PA to commemorate the occasion. My sister threw a great party that we were able to help with and we got to be spend the week with some special friends.
The graduate!
Zoe made me laugh because the main thing she was looking forward to about her graduation was writing thank you notes. What?! And she did. That very night, after her graduation, she wrote out more than I would in weeks. I was amazed. Interesting to see the differences in peoples passions.
Then & Now
13 of the 15 of us who spent the week together
One afternoon we went to Hershey Chocolate.
They were all quite ready to go as I wandered around Hershey Chocolate World looking for a high calorie chocolate bar.
Thanks for the great time, Jon, Rebekah & family!
Congratulations to my sweet niece and also to her mother whose passion is not homeschooling but yet she persevered and now has her first graduate. Here’s to 2025, Rebekah!!!

Hope your flight went well and you’re all caught up on your sleep again (I’m STILL working on that one…remind me to never stay up until 4:00 in the morning again. 😉

I’m not sure how Rebekah managed to pull off a graduation with nine extra people in her house, but she did! The graduation was beautiful and it was an honor to be there. So glad I was able to spend time with you and Rebekah. You all are an inspiration by putting forth your best efforts to serve your guests really tasty food in a beautiful manner.

I literally laughed out loud when I saw your “here’s to 2025” comment. Be encouraged Rebekah, think how fast the past 12 years went. With weddings and graduations, you & Rebekah are getting to see a lot of each other.
