Audrey Turns 6!

Two birthdays at my house this week!  Audrey is now…

6 Years Old!

 

 

She’s so much fun!

Just tonight Serenity made some homemade Egg-Nog and Audrey came and said to me, “You want some Egg-Nob?”

Some of my favorite things that she said this past year I wrote down and I guess now is the time to share them here on Treasuring the Moments.

“Hook ups make you grow.”

Singing Amazing Grace…

“Amazing Grace

How Sweet the Sound

That saved a ranch like me.”

Then she started singing it

“Amazing Grace

How Sweet the Sound

That saved a wrench like me.”

I tried to explain that it wasn’t wrench but she said, “Zach told me you’re supposed to say wrench.”

Oh well… it always brings a smile anyway you sing it, my sweetie.

One day she says to me

“Daddy was born out of your tummy.”

Then she says, “Nahhh.”

“Where was he born from?” I asked.

“An egg.”

I almost choked on that one! 🙂

Then she went on to say… “Because that’s the only 2 ways you can be born.”

One day – totally out of the blue – she says to me, “Does 3 years olds have bigger brains than 4 year olds?”

My little girl getting all grown up on me!

6 years old and missing her first tooth!
