    Preparations are in full swing around here for the coming weekend with Zachary’s high school graduation dinner on Saturday. The house will be full again. My whole family, except for 4 of them, will be here – even Seth is coming and staying for a week!     Our guests are all gone now and we’re just getting the house back in order, laundry under control and some sleep, too!  But this past weekend we got to be part of a special evening – my sister’s mother and father-in-law were celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary.  I was elected to make the Tomato Caprese Salad.  Never having made one, it took me several tries and many questions to finally figure out how it’s done.
