Painted Rocks by the Castle Keeper Girls
We’re wrapping up the year for our Castle Keeper girls. They’ve just finished up their last monthly challenge which was to paint a rock.
“A rock”, you say?
Oh yes, and cute they are!

These owls and ladybugs were even named!
“May I introduce you to Jethro, Francis, Kyle and Oliver?”
Does that inspire you to make your own? But, wait! Before you run off to paint yours, I have a few more I would like to share. 🙂
This lovely butterfly is from the hand of an artist in Brazil. I wonder what type butterfly it is?
The following rocks were collected while on special outings.
One carried all the way from the bottom of the Grand Canyon…
…and this one while on a walk with a good friend.
What a beautiful way to be reminded that we are in His care.
Aren’t these all “love”ly?
This young lady painted a heart and there is a probability that she may have lost hers to a fine young man and thus these things are on her mind. 🙂
Audrey was thinking of happy things when she painted this rainbow and leaf.
Maybe this girl was envisioning a happy day in her childhood?
What a bright addition to a bedroom – customized with their choice of colors.
I’m glad to see Serenity has a love of nature and an appreciation for the fowls of the air.
But if I could only get her to arise to hear their happy chirping early in the morning! 🙂
Now, I’m done and I have complete faith that you can make a beautiful one, too. Why don’t you go ahead and give it a try?
And a few suggestions to get you started in the right direction…
