Saturday we hosted a “Tea in the Tropics” tea party. Serenity started this tea club a year ago.

The way our tea party club works is every 2 months a tea party is held by a different member of the tea club. Of course, moms are an important part of all the behind the scenes planning and preparing.

Some activities we did at our tea party were tissue flowers for the hair…

Cookie mix in a jar… The first group of girls made the Hawaiian Trail Mix Cookie Mix.

The second group of girls made Banana Nut Cookie Mix.

Serenity wanted to play a bean bag toss game so Russell put some boards together and cut a few holes. Serenity then painted the fish using the hole Russell had cut. I thought she did wonderfully in painting the fish free hand. Nice job, Serenity!
