Just for Fun

Study That Didn't Take Much Study

Take a look at this Frosted Mini-Wheats box – at the very top where it says Clinically Shown to improve kids’ attentiveness by nearly 20%.

In very small print there is a 1 next to the 20%. If you read the footnote for that notation here is what it says.

Based upon independent clinical research, kids who ate Kellogg’s Frosted Mini-Wheats cereal for breakfast had up to 13% better attentiveness three hours after breakfast than kids who ate no breakfast.

I hope they didn’t spend too much time on this "in depth" study – or very much money. Funny how they try to wow you with their studies but then you see the fine print… Sure, I can see why eating something for breakfast would be better than nothing. Some things just take good old common sense. LOL
