Our Family

A Moment in Time

I made a visit to Holy Experience and read this post.  It’s beautifully written and tore at my heartstrings.  Savor the moments with your children – they are so fleeting.  The little one who pulls at your skirts, who wants your time, will not be that way for long.  Savor every precious moment.

Yeah. My baby who wants to be in the front pack all the time and babbles and toddles – won't be that way for long. I will miss it.

I was 24 when this reality hit me. When all the dreams of large families faded with the words cancer and hysterectomy. Only 24 , only two children….

I have good news though, Grandbabies fill the arms that long to hold babies. And when they are grown, their babies find their way into your arms as well.

There is always another baby, always.

    Because of Jesus, Bobbie

I love that little sweet pea sooo much! Did you ever get the gum out of the baby doll's mouth? 😀 That made me smile every time I thought about it. Not to mention the incident of her climbing the shelves to get to the Sunday School candy!

I wish I could freeze time… how 'bout rewind a little first and THEN freeze time. Oh well. I tried. 😀

I love hearing from you! Thank you for taking the time to comment.
