30-Day Organizational Challenge Begins!
Laura at I’m an Organizing Junkie is hosting a 30-Day Organizational Challenge which you can join up and do anytime this month. It ends November 30. There’s a chance for you to win a lot of great prizes so if you have an area or room that you want to declutter, now’s the time!
For myself, I decided to tackle the cabinet in my children’s bathroom. Things have gotten totally out of hand in there and (gasp) my mother’s coming at Thanksgiving. She’ll be using this bathroom and I don’t want her to see this cupboard in such chaos.
Laura might be good at motivating us to get organized, but Mom’s are even better.
This bathroom is also a great place for me to work in because we are putting a new coat of paint on the walls after 12 years; flies and moths can make a real mess on walls. Yuck!! New decor will be going up on the walls. Exciting!
The cupboard I want to organize reaches from floor to ceiling. I would like to group like items together in baskets that I’ll have to purchase for this project.
Okay, I think I’ve listed all the required items here to start my challenge. Off I go.
Just to give you a little peak on what’s going on with our remodeling here are a few pictures.
Discovering how fun it is to paint
Everyone wanted to be a part of the fun.
And this, my dear friends, is the Mystery Cabinet. What strange and nasty things lay just inside placed there by any one of four boys and one sweet girl? Stay tuned and find out on my completion of the 30-Day Organizational Challenge.
Oh, yes. I will post pictures of the completed remodel too, sometime this month.

I love the pictures of your kids painting. Very sweet.
Good luck with the mystery cabinet.

WOW! Very inspiring! I'm still stuck on deciding what color to paint in my house…. I guess that's the hard part.
