Sweet & Sour Sauce w/ Meatballs
Sweet & Sour Sauce
2 cup brown sugar
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup vinegar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 cup water
Mix ingredients together, pour over meatballs or spareribs.
*optional – thicken with 2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. of cornstarch mixed with 4 Tbsp. cold water; add to above
Meatballs
Ground Beef, venison, or elk
oatmeal or fine bread crumbs
egg(s)
ketchup
1 pkg. onion soup mix
couple shakes of worcestershire sauce
Mix all together. Form into balls. Brown meatballs. Pour sauce over meatballs and cook 1 hour at 350°. Serve over rice.

This sure looks like a tried and true recipe for someone with kids to feed. 🙂 I've got three of my own and somedays I just run out of things to think up to feed them all.
