I'm Entering Phase 2
I’m entering Phase 2 of what? The Twilight Zone? Going crazy? What in the world am I talking about? I’m referring to Phase 2 of the exercise program I have been following outlined in Never Say Diet (which I reviewed here). On Friday I finished the first phase which was exercising 5 days a week consecutively for 4 weeks. Today I will be starting on the exercise ball twice a week, 20 minutes at a time, as well as my regular 30 minute exercise. I’m also supposed to choose a food weakness I have and to stay away from it for the whole month. I chose chocolate. Cheer me on…

But I think…

Review of Never Say Diet
Never Say DietWritten by: Chantel Hobbs223 pagesPublisher: WaterBrook PressThis book has done something for me that no other book has been able to do. It has motivated me to consistently exercise. Chantel Hobbs once weighed 349 pounds at the young age of 29. She was married to a man who never belittled her for her heaviness but he didn’t have to – Chantel beat herself up over it. She hated looking at herself in the mirror and she worried that her kids would have no mother because she would die young. It wasn’t until she became totally miserable that she chose to do something about it. One night while driving…
