Kristen, I’ve never cared for one sink either but I think if was an extra large one with a faucet that could reach all corners, I might be tempted – just because I like the farm style sink.

I am torn between liking the farm sink for its size and practicality and not liking it because it’s one big basin. I am pretty attached to my double sink. Less back strain would definitely be a plus.
