I made my own sourdough starter following her recipe and it was TERRIBLE! ;(
I use her stock recipes and like the Roman Lentil Soup. I love the Black Bean Tostados, Chicken Enchiladas, Black Bean Burritos, Fajitas & the Mexican Rice. (Bet you can’t guess what my favorite ethnic food is!) I’ve made the Creme Fraiche & Whey & cream cheese and butter.

It is very informative and has lots of heathly recipes.
