This is almost exactly how I make mine except I have never used yogurt which would be great to try. I also sometimes use dried peaches or apricots or cranberries. I read several years ago that if you soak your oatmeal overnight (use 1/2 the amount of water to soak) them make as normal the next morning your body can digest it better which seems to work. My hubby had a hard time eating it till I started doing this.
