Thanks for responding with how you organize your linens. It’s always much more interesting to have others comment on how they do things at their own home. I’m glad you found my post about meal clean-up helpful. I think kids enjoying working with each other, too.

I’ve been enjoying your blog. This week I re-organized my table linens as well. Originally, they were in a buffet in the kitchen. (I needed to use it for storing my skillets and kettles since it is right next to my stove.) I moved the table linens to a dresser by the dining room and instead of placing them in stacks, (where I could only see the two tablecloths that were on top), I folded them and placed them to where I could see every table cloth. All of the small table cloths are in one drawer, larger tablecloths in another.

After reading your post on children helping with meal clean-up, I implemented your idea and am very happy with the results. Before, each child was my kitchen helper for a week. It worked but I like your system better. Thank you for sharing!
