I found out my kids blood types and I’m going to be looking into it. He was mentioning that certain food will affect how you feel, etc. depending on your blood type. Interesting!!! (and yes, acidophilus is good stuff :))

If you are not familiar with the Feingold Diet, take a look and for sure no food coloring, corn syrup or preservatives.

***from your old pen pal 🙂 ***
I really enjoy reading your blog. I think the way I found it was through Zoe’s blog. I homeschooled our son David until 10th grade and now he goes to Christian school. We look back at our visit to your house with fond memories. That was 12 years ago! Jon and Rebekah “brag” on your children about how dedicated they are and it is a joy to read about young people serving the Lord. That is the greatest desire of any parent’s heart. Love and God bless you and your family richly. Chris (Wagner) Williams

I greatly appreciate this info. I am a home school mom too. I was homeschooled growing up in Arizona and attended MANY AZ home school conventions! 🙂
