Actually it sounds like your whole family is. I am very glad the meal turned out. It is a lot of pressure to have 60 people depending on you with no Taco Bell around the corner as a back up! We’ll have to try it! (with only 9 people depending on it!)

We did some packet cooking, but I wish I had thought of parchment paper as a liner. We’ll do that next time.

The hog panels look to be a very good solution for cooking for a crowd over coals. Very ingenious!
