Like you said it is very repetitive. Overall I do like it, it just takes a lot of time to do it. It is much tougher than what my kids were getting in public school, so we started them at a level below their actual grade level. If you have the time to put into it (some days an hour per child) it is great. If you have a very large family and they are not quadruplets or something you could end up spending all day on language arts and not have time for other things. Just my two cents worths.
