That road looks very smooth for a mountain! Did not expect that. Do they regularly perform maintenance on that road? I imagine it gets very hot in the summer and the asphalt cracks.

The bike ride is only about 2 hours. There are bicycle rental shops at the Rim.

Arizona, California & Florida are the most diverse states in the USA. There are no ski slopes at the Grand Canyon, you have to either drive to Flagstaff which is about 2 hours away or to the White Mountains where we were. There are many amazing places to visit in Arizona, that’s for sure!
