They soaked the squirrel in salt water for a few hours or overnight – can’t remember which and then fried it.

You can look on Pinterest for a Swedish fire log to see how to make them.

Thanks for sharing. Don’t think I’d make the liver tasting either…I don’t know. I love squirrel, but only when it’s done up right…where not so tough. I also think it taste similar to chicken. Want to learn more about the fire in the log. Sounds interesting…loved seeing that coffee pot on the log. I like your tent setup.
