Love it, Elisabeth, and glad to know I’m not alone in “some” of my overkill. I too, tick better when I can be organized and have a place to write things or record info I will need for another time. I’ve been adding hooks here and there everywhere to have a “home” for little things that seem to get lost exactly when I need them in cupboards that have a few too many of the smaller items. Love having a specific place for everything, but it sure seems to require an ongoing mission.

Love that and plan to have my hubby help me get one up and going soon. ;). I used chalkboard paint on glass in a frame and have it on my mantel and I have fun writing verses or sayings on it ( you may have seen it last summer)

Amazing idea! I also have papers taped inside my cupboard – substitution lists, etc!

How clever! Love it! Such a great idea…and yes, I have menus, weights & measurement charts & recipes taped to the insides of my cabinet doors. 😉

i agree with you, Menu planning has made my life so much better. I have a chalkboard in my kitchen as well. Having the family know it’s there keeps me accountable. I actually started a weekly post called Menu Plan Monday. You should come check it out!
