Not really…they were trying to cook as close to American as they could, probably for our benefit. They had cement tops for counter top and wooden tables to work on but I don’t remember what their stove and oven looked like…I just remember the unbreaded fried chicken, potatoes and mostly lettuce salad. I got to help but language barrier was a bit of a problem.
