I was doing really good on my diet until yesterday, when I took a friend out to lunch….I have so many friends who need cheered up with scruptious desserts, you know!

And I must admit after that piece of pie I had, that smoothie appears a bit too healthy! Needless to say, I’d better start adhering to the requirements of your challenge now or I’m going to be toast!
