BUT, I think in the case of children each doing different chores, I think I would require the child cleaning the table/countertops to take care of the crumbs so as not to add more work to a siblings chore. It is not showing love to put more work in someone elses path. I would never go to a friends' house and wipe the crumbs onto the floor just because I could see she was going to sweep them up. My two cents. 🙂
